Golf Digger logo Golf Digger Design Proposals

Client design proposal

Two directions for the new Golf Digger website.

Both concepts rebuild the Golf Digger homepage around the requested categories: prior trips, golf sayings, golf jokes, golf games, and cool golf sites. The choice is mainly about personality: energetic blog hub or refined editorial portal.

Each concept currently includes a homepage and one reusable content template page. Category listing pages and detailed article pages can be expanded after a direction is selected.

Style 1 energetic golf course homepage preview Style 1 - Classic Golf Blog

This direction keeps the spirit of the original preview: bold side navigation, clear category cards, strong mascot presence, and a more casual blog-magazine rhythm.

  • Visual toneSporty, direct, familiar, and easier to connect to the existing Golf Digger logo style.
  • Content fitVery strong for category-heavy content, latest posts, newsletter prompts, and article templates.
Style 2 luxury editorial golf homepage preview Style 2 - Luxury Editorial Portal

Refined, premium, magazine-like

Golf Digger with a quieter luxury voice.

This direction keeps the required Golf Digger categories, but presents them through a more prestigious editorial lens: parchment, forest green, gold dividers, serif typography, and spacious layouts.

  • Best forA more elevated first impression that feels custom, aspirational, and less like a typical blog template.
  • Visual toneQuiet luxury, organic golf atmosphere, editorial magazine pacing, and understated motion.
  • Content fitStrong for polished travel stories, curated links, featured jokes/games, and a premium brand refresh.

Selection guide

How to choose between the two.

Decision Point
Style 1
Style 2

Fun, accessible, and closest to the original Golf Digger preview.

Premium, quieter, and more distinctive as a custom redesign.

Category clarity

Very direct. Categories are obvious immediately.

Still complete, but presented with a more editorial rhythm.

Practical, familiar, and content-rich.

More memorable, refined, and premium.

Recommendation: choose Style 1 if the priority is continuity with the old preview and fast blog browsing. Choose Style 2 if the goal is a stronger redesign statement while still keeping all requested Golf Digger categories.
